JETT, ALLENE CADDELL - age 84 of LaFollette, passed away Friday, December 10, 
2004 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville. She was born March 26, 1920 in Kettle 
Island, Ky. the daughter of the late Barney & Ella Hubbard. She was a member 
of Elm Grove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by first husband, 
Arnold Caddell and several brothers. Survivors include: husband, Gene Jett, 
LaFollette; daughter & son in law, Betty & Walter Mayhew, Madisonville, Ky.; 
son & daughter in law, Joe & Louise Cadell, Jacksonville, Fla.; 2 
grandchildren, Denise Wilson, Madisonville, Ky., Lynn Mayhew, Owensboro, Ky.; 
4 great grandchildren, Brady Scott, Lauran Mayhew, Jessica Mayhew, William 
Stuart Mayhew; 1 step son, Eddie Jett, Clinton, Tenn.; 2 step grandchildren; 2 
sisters, Judy Ratliff, LaGrange, Ky., Coralee Mitchell, Louisville, Ky. 
Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Creech Funeral Home 
Chapel with the Rev. Tim Russell officiating. Music by Jimmy Jackson & Dickie 
Siler. Interment Pineville Cemetery 11 a.m. Sunday. Family will receive 
friends 4-7 p.m. Saturday at the Creech Funeral Home Chapel. Creech Funeral 
Home is in charge of all arrangements.
