Timmons DeMoss

Timmons DeMoss, 75, of Sebree, died at 8:20am Sunday, Sept. 3,1995, at his residence.

Born Aug. 2,1920 in Hopkins County, he was the son of the late Shirley Rivers DeMoss and Maude Jordan DeMoss.

He was a heavy equipment operator and member of I.U.O.E Local 181. He was also a WWII Army Veteran, serving in the South Pacific.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores Winstead DeMoss of Sebree; three daughters, Brenda Crafton of Zion, Judy Goodwin of Evansville, IN, and Mary Davis of Henderson; three sisters, Edna Isaac of Mt. Carmel, IL, Mary Chandler and Shirley Parker both of Sebree; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Services will be 2pm today at Tompkins Funeral Home Sebree-Poole Chapel with Rev. Selby Coomer officiating. Burial will be in Springdale Cemetery near Sebree.

Friends may call until the service hour today at the funeral home.
