			MRS. SUTAH SLOAN

Mrs. Sutah Rowe Sloan, 57, wife of former Clark County Tax Assessor Marvin
A. Sloan, Rte. 3, Okolona, Arkansas, died in a local hospital yesterday.
She was a member of the Methodist Church in Trinity Community. Survivors
include her husband; a son, Marvin R. Sloan, Little Rock,  two daughters, 
Mrs. Doris Robinson of Arkadelphia and Mrs. Wanda Morris of Little Rock,
two brothers, Austin Rowe, Arkadelphia and Winfred Rowe, Tahoka, Texas,
three sisters, Mrs. Roy Houston, Arkadelphia and Mrs. Elizabeth Ehlert and
Miss Emma Faye Rowe, Selma, Ala. Funeral services will be conducted today
at 2 p.m. in the Murry's Funeral Church here by the Rev. O.C. Harvey and 
the Rev. Bill Byrd.  Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
