Phillip David LEONARD II 5/1/2003 Clay County Courier

Obit taken from the Clay County Courier May 1, 2003:

Phillip David LEONARD II was born November 7, 1972 and died in St.
Peter's, Missouri at the age of 30. He was a carpet cleaner in 
O'Fallon, Missouri and is survived by his parents, Alma LOCKWOOD 
LEONARD and Phillip David LEONARD; one brother, Norbert LEONARD of 
the home in Winfield, Missouri. His father David, was from Corning 
and he was the grandson of the late John and Juanita LEONARD of 
Corning and Gerald LOCKWOOD of California. He had a host of aunts, 
uncles and cousins including Lora Mae and Joseph GOEWERT of Datto, 
who were an aunt and uncle.

Services were conducted Thursday, April 25, in Martin's Funeral Home,
Warrenton, Missouri. He was cremated and was of the Mormon faith.

NOTE: There is a mistake in the obit for Philip. He was the grandson 
of the late  Clarence Robert Leonard (not John) and Juanita Caroline
BLAIR LEONARD.
