John Pierce Miller August 14, 1929 Jonseboro Weekly Sun

Pierce Miller, 33,of Lake City died last night at eight o'clock at 
St. Barnard's Hospital.  Cause was blood poison.  A pimple on his 
chin became infected several days ago.  It was lanced by a dentist, 
the infection continued and yesterday he was brought here in serious 
condition. The deceased is survived by his wife and four children.  
He was a well known farmer. Funeral service is being held at Lake City 
this afternoon.
