R. W. Owens
Robert W. Owens, 51, 611 East Word, was dead on arrival at St. Bernard's
Hospital yesterday. He was born in Arkansas and worked for Cotton Belt
Railroad.
Mr. Owens was a Methodist and had lived here 13 years. Survivors include
two daughters, Mrs. Don West of Weiner, and Mrs. Howard "Chuck" Norman of
Newport a son, Bobby of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; three sisters, Mrs. Alton
Jones of Brookland, Mrs. Bill Henderson of Michigan and Mrs. Alvin
Haselwood of Gurdon, and six grandchildren.
Arrangements are incomplete with Gregg of Jonesboro in charge.
