Mrs. Rice
Mrs. Pearl Mae Rice, 85, Bono, Route 1, died this morning at St.
Bernard’s Hospital.  Born in Arkansas, she had lived near Bono several
years moving there from Hoxie.  She was a housewife and a Methodist.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Marvelle Long, Walnut Ridge and
Mrs. Mildred Dacus, Bono; a daughter in law, Mrs. Jewell Rice of
Jonesboro; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Bono Methodist Church at 2 p.m.,
Saturday, Rev. Murphy Spurlock officiating.  Burial in Trinity Cemetery
near Bono with Gregg of Jonesboro in charge.
